Alex joined the Institute for Liberal Studies in 2019 a the producer and the host of The Curious Task podcast. In 2024 he took on an additional marketing and fundraising roles, and is responsible for special marketing and fundraising initiatives that further engage students and donors.
Previously, Alex worked in various marketing roles, co-founded a small successful tech startup, and worked as a managing partner at a marketing agency. He earned a Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing) from Nipissing University.
He is an ILS alumnus, having attended various ILS events and Socratic seminars between 2012-2015. His writing has been published by The Center for a Stateless Society, Liberal Currents, and Adam Smith Works. He also founded and contributed to Speaking Liberally — a website that published thoughts, opinions, and articles rooted in exploring and defending liberal principles.
